Alaska Resin Supply carries the products and supplies you need to complete your project—from the DIY flooring installer to the epoxy artist. We stock the epoxy products you need to get high quality results. We carry epoxy systems from brands like Tennant Coatings that include options for moisture vapor barrier, primer, clear and color coats, and topcoats. We also stock and can custom order vinyl chip/flake, colored quartz, and other additives you need to get just the right texture and finish. DIY installers also need to make sure the floor surface is prepared properly for epoxy application, so make sure to check out our rental equipment.
All Quotes are valid for 30 days only. Some exceptions may apply due to material availability.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a store credit or a product exchange of equivalent value. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be made on all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Epoxy must have been stored at room temperature or crystallization occurs. NO returns for epoxy products improperly stored. NO epoxy resin returns on 5-gallon kits or larger.
Clearance, special-order, and custom blended flake items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective or damaged. All other returns will be issued a store credit or allowed to do a product exchange of equivalent value as stated above. For defective or damaged products only, contact us to arrange a refund, store credit, or product exchange.
Once we have received your item, we will let you know the status of your store credit or refund as soon as we have finished evaluating your item’s condition. If your store credit or refund is approved, it will be refunded to the original method of payment. We will notify you when your return has been processed. Store credit will be linked to your customer account and will have no expiration date.
